1. Scope and eligibility
The Delivery Promise is available exclusively to business customers and is not an offer to consumers.
- Eligible work includes Market Check and other fixed-scope sprints expressly identified in the signed proposal.
- Retainers, Remote Support, ongoing services, pass-through costs, third-party services and offers that are not yet available are excluded.
2. What the promise covers
The promise covers milestones, dates, deliverables and acceptance criteria documented in writing before work starts.
- Deliverables are assessed against the written scope and agreed acceptance criteria.
- Revenue, leads, partner responses, certification, regulatory approval, market entry and other commercial or third-party outcomes are not guaranteed.
3. Client responsibilities and schedule adjustments
The client must provide the information, access, decisions, approvals and payments required by the proposal on time.
- Client delays, scope changes, missing inputs or approvals, third-party delays, force majeure, suspension and non-payment adjust the schedule and may remove eligibility for the affected obligation.
- Any scope or schedule change must be documented in writing.
4. Claim and correction process
A claim must be sent to info@conecta2b.com within 14 calendar days of delivery or the missed milestone and identify the engagement, affected obligation and reason for the claim.
- Conecta2B will acknowledge the claim within two business days.
- Conecta2B receives one correction opportunity of five business days unless the contract specifies another period.
5. Refund calculation and payment
If correction does not resolve the covered failure, Conecta2B will refund the affected phase’s net service fee. For a single-phase engagement, this means the full net service fee.
- VAT, travel, third-party services, licences, data purchases and other reimbursable expenses are not refundable.
- Approved refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days.
6. Relationship to the contract and other rights
This promise does not restrict other applicable contractual or statutory rights. If a signed proposal or contract contains different specific terms, those terms control for that engagement.
Eligible quotes and statements of work must link to or attach a versioned copy of these terms.
7. Contact
Questions and claims should be sent to info@conecta2b.com with the company name and project reference.
