2. Website access and server log data
When you open this website, the server technically processes information that your browser transmits automatically in order to deliver the content and maintain security. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer page, browser type, operating system and server status codes.
The purpose of this processing is the stable delivery of the website, troubleshooting and protection against misuse or attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website. 3. Contact by email, phone and contact form
You can contact us by email, phone or through the contact form integrated into the website. When you use the form, we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, service of interest, message and selected language. Fields marked as required are necessary for us to handle your request.
We process this data in order to respond to your inquiry, arrange an initial consultation, assess a potential collaboration and carry out pre-contractual steps. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient and secure management of business communication).
The form content is sent to Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) through the endpoint configured for this website. Formspree processes the submission to receive, filter and forward the message internally to info@conecta2b.com. We do not use this data for newsletters or separate advertising unless you give additional consent. More information is available in the Formspree privacy policy.
4. Abuse prevention and technical metadata
To protect the contact form against automated or abusive submissions, Formspree may process technical request metadata such as IP address, browser type, access time and referring page, and may apply anti-spam checks. The form also keeps a hidden check field to help identify automated submissions.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This technical data is kept only for the short period needed to protect the infrastructure and is then deleted or invalidated automatically.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with the measurement ID G-6RFHMCLB7L to understand how visitors use the website and to improve our content, navigation and services. Analytics measurement is disabled by default and is activated only if you select "Accept analytics" in the consent banner.
If you consent, Google may process usage data such as page views, approximate location, browser and device information, referrer URLs and interaction events, for example clicks on contact buttons, telephone or email links, and successful contact-form submission confirmations. We do not send Google Analytics form-field contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers entered by users. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies or use comparable identifiers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time using the analytics settings button shown on the website. Withdrawal applies for the future.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; depending on Google's processing, data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. 6. Google Fonts
The public pages of the website load the "Inter" font from Google Fonts servers. When that happens, your browser connects to Google and technical data such as your IP address, browser information and request metadata may be transmitted.
The purpose is a consistent typographic presentation and technically stable rendering. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. 7. Google Maps
The contact section contains an embedded Google Maps frame to show our local presence in Germany visually. When the map iframe loads, Google may receive your IP address, browser data, information about the page you visited and other technical data required to provide the service.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing a clear location reference and a useful contact experience. Data transfers to third countries may also occur here. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Recipients of data
Your data is disclosed only to those persons and providers who are necessary to operate the website and handle your inquiry. This may include the hosting provider, email infrastructure, Google where its services are loaded after consent or as embedded services, and internal staff responsible for business communication. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
9. Retention periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Inquiries are stored for as long as needed to answer them and carry out the corresponding business follow-up. If an inquiry leads to a contract, data may also be retained for the applicable statutory retention periods.
Server-side technical data and anti-abuse measures are usually kept only for a short time. The session cookie normally expires when your browser session ends or when the server invalidates it. Analytics consent is stored in your browser so the website can remember your choice; Google Analytics retention follows the settings configured in the Google Analytics property.

11. Obligation to provide data and no automated decision-making
Providing your data is voluntary. However, the required fields in the contact form are necessary if we are to process and answer your inquiry. We do not currently use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
